This is a great reminder that I need to be smarter about my Focus time. When I'm not careful, I'll block it off but continue to do miscellaneous small tasks that make me feel good.
Optimizing feels so good but accelerating has the bigger payoff. I took an ExecOnline course that Dr. Yousef led and found chronotypes & MITs to be the biggest takeaways. Will aim to attend the 3/13 webinar 👏
