This is really great, but it requires we have all the information about projects beforehand. I wonder if you have a checklist of what you consider the "minimum viable update" for projects, aka what we should know for every project in order to be able to use this framework for unplanned questions.

Good format! Though I'd leave room for two more on an as needed basis:

1) risk. Whether a PM or an OM, you should keep an eye on risks developing within your areas and determine when it's time to inform governance and provide a recommended course of action.

2) help needed. Inevitably, projects and operations will run into issues. Most can be solved internally, but sometimes you'll need executive influence, external support, additional resources, etc to push your project along.
